The Full Story

My journey started in pastoral ministry. For over a decade, I served congregations, counseled families, and learned what it means to lead people through the hardest seasons of their lives. That work shaped everything I do today.

But somewhere along the way, I realized that mission and money weren’t enemies — they were partners. So I took a risk. I opened a pizza restaurant. Then another. Then I built a franchise system from the ground up.

The franchise world taught me about systems, replication, and scale. I learned how to take a proven concept and multiply it — ethically and sustainably. I founded Be A Kid Brands and built it into a multi-location operation.

Then came academia. I became a university professor, teaching business and entrepreneurship to the next generation. I developed curricula, mentored students, and fell in love with the craft of teaching people how to think about money, value, and purpose.

Today, I coach mission-driven leaders — pastors, teachers, nonprofit executives, and franchise founders — through the Monetization Method. My goal is simple: help you turn the skills you already have into revenue that funds the impact you were built for.
